Stephanie Rose is the better half of the husband and wife team that make up Fidelis South Real Estate Advisors. Stephanie was born and raised in Cobb County. Being a native resident, her local expertise allows her to better help clients in the 7 major counties in the Northwest Georgia area. This area includes the counties of Fulton, Cobb, Paulding, Douglas, Carroll, Bartow, and Cherokee.
Stephanie brings over 18 year’s experience as a mortgage underwriter which allows Fidelis South's clients to have an advantage when purchasing a home. Fidelis South is able to help their clients not only to find the best home for them, but help their clients navigate the ever-changing underwriting guidelines. Fidelis South helps their clients team up with one of their preferred lenders and work closely with them to make their clients home buying experience as stress-free as possible. With Stephanie’s underwriting experience with VA home loans, the Rose's strives to help educate current service members and Veterans of their VA Home Loan Benefits for home purchase.
The Rose’s reside in Dallas, GA with their 4 children. They attend church in the Kennesaw area and are very active in the North Paulding Community. In their spare time the Rose’s love to watch college football, travel to the beach, and spend time doing fun activities with their children.
